There are just so many fan-made Photobooks these days!! After posting 2 Jessica Photobook, I realized that I missed this one, sorry to all Taegangers!

        Thank you for the update. I haven’t been too pleased with tangpa’s service. We waited so long for the 1st DVD with complications and lack of communication. And now… complications again and more waiting? I’ve never had trouble ordering from others (ie. flying petals, woorisica, heavenly forest, etc). I’m not sure I’ll order again from tangpa if this keeps up. I know things happen but they should at least keep buyers informed. These products aren’t cheap and fans spent their hard-earned money. Oh well.. thank you again for keeping us informed.

          I agree. Although I love the products tangpa is the only one that seems to always have problems and delays. And they hardly update us on what’s going on. I hope we get it soon.

            Agreed, it’s been 24 days since the last update and so far no updates from TangParadise regards to the special gifts production.

    The compensation photo of photobook is almost complete; and it will go into fabrication soon,
    but the special privilege are not been finalized yet.

    So I think the ships will be postponed little bit more.

    I hope everyone would be waiting for delivery; but I have bad news for you.

    The photobook production has been completed, as mentioned before.
    (There will be slightly more pages than previous quantity.)
    However; we had some problem to product the special gifts,so shipping will be delay little bit longer.
    I am finding the way to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    I am very sorry keep announcing about the delays.
    I am trying to proceed as soon as possible so that we can announce about the shipping.

      Oh.. are you involved with the production? I agree with the others. What’s always the holdup? And I do write on the board but tangpa never replies back. This is not good business.

        Nope i am not involved with the production, i will never do such a crappy mass order … lack of communication. From what i noticed they will only reply when they feel like replying. Everytime said “Sorry” also i am fedup with it, being sorry and yet they still don’t improve in their communication and other matter especially in preparing the photobook and the delivery shipping of the photobook.

        I predict we will only receive the photobooks in mid august, i won’t be surprise if they said they have problem with shipping out the items. TangParadise is really lousy in managing all these mass order thing.

          they should just stop after this (if it ever gets done). They can’t handle it. delays, lack of communication, saying “i’m sorry” 100x’s loses it’s sympathy. Payment/Ordering Period: 20th February 2012 – 25th March 2012. Shipping Period: Mid April 2012. Are you kidding me? It’s almost mid July!!! 5 months ago!

    3 weeks ago i requested to have my money refund till now still no reply, i hope is not a scam. Everything was what Tangparadise said but we have yet to seen even the photo of the photobook.

    Absolutely terrible service. It’s almost August and I ordered this in Feburary. By this point I’m losing interest in this book actually… I doubt it will be worth this long wait. Didn’t order the DVD so no bad experiences with that, but I’ve heard there were similar problems. Will not order from Tangpa again. Every time she has another reason for delay and keeps saying “Sorry…” Also it seems Tangpa has not replied to anyone from the Faq board for almost a month yet she has been tweeting..? On a positive note, FlyingPetals left me pleasantly surprised though as I got their book very quickly and was impressed with the quality and extra gifts. Glad I got their book

      Maybe to TangParadise tweeting everyday is so important compare to us waiting so many months for the photobook. Like what i mentioned before they will only reply when they feels like it and they will tell you they will refund you the money since you cannot wait for it, (that’s what my friend got for emailing them almost everyday). Even refunding takes so long, the worst mass ordering that i have ever encountered.

      I know right! That what pisses me off. I see Tangpa tweeting everyday but she ignores the fanboard! Whether I get a refund or my book I will never order from her again. I bunch of us are already ready to file a complaint if this goes on any longer. I also have order from merong and flying petals and they have great service.

      Expected and i predicted correctly, excuses again damn it …

      Take note that they mentioned “There will be no announcement about when the ship is started, but I will announce when shipping is complete”

      Remember their last updates “We solved about photobooks special gift so,
      I’m expecting the shipping will be on mid-July.”

      All is bullshit … lies … excuses … i am begining to wonder if the photobook does exists.

        I also noticed this following line in the announcement: “There will be no announcement about when the ship is started, but I will announce when shipping is complete.”

        This stood out the most to me because it seems that may just be used as a cover-up. Basically, peopeople can’t complain about lack of communication and we’ll never know when they officially started as it won’t be announced. So it’s pretty much a mastermind plan to make a statement like this and it will only feed their possible procrastination / laziness more? Maybe there really is a problem with the special gifts, but after analyzing this new announcement, you’ll notice that she quickly apologized for not answering messages lately and didn’t give any real excuses for that, lol.

          I guess the thing we can only do is to ask for refunds, till now still no reply on my refund thing. They are really damn slow in reply even for refunds. I have already made a police report together with a group of ppls on this matter.

      They just started shipping. You have to fill out the shipping form first. They don’t just send it to you right away.

    Ordered mine from withus sone. said they send out Sept. 10th. How many days did it take for you guys to get yours after they said was sent?

      Did they gave you the ems tracking number ?? If no, ask for it so you can track where is the item. I bought mine from ebay and got mine within 4 days using ems shipping.

        I got an answer 5-7 days. which is today makes 7 so I guess I’ll continue to wait. I should have asked for a tracking but when I was told it was shipped I thought I would get it within 3 days coming within the US but I was wrong. Lol. Your’s came fast! ^^

          It’s not EMS shipping. Mine took 8 days to get here and I don’t live that far from Mako (withus admin)

          Well… that depends on how it was shipped. May I ask what method they used? standard mail? 1st class? ups? fedex? Usually anywhere in the US by standard mail (the slowest) takes only 4 days at the most to get here. And when I ship stuff to korea or japan I use 1st class and they get it in a 7 days. So… don’t you think 2 weeks is already kind of long? Anyway I’ve ordered stuff from WithUs before and it’s never took this long after they said it’s been shipped.
